Welcome to Service At Home. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or booking any service through our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.


1. About Service At Home

Service At Home is an online platform that connects customers with independent service professionals and service partners providing home and lifestyle services including but not limited to:

  • Car Care Services
  • Healthy Meal Plans
  • Home Care & Maintenance
  • Catering Services
  • Cleaning Services
  • Ladies & Gents Salon and Spa Services
  • Child Care, Elder Care & Domestic Support Staff
  • Personal Trainers & Home Chefs

Service At Home acts as a facilitator between customers and service providers.


2. User Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to book services.
  • By using our platform, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.

3. Booking & Service Process

  • Services must be booked through the official app, website, or authorized channels.
  • Booking confirmation is subject to provider availability.
  • Service timing may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions.
  • Customers must provide accurate location and contact details.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are displayed before confirmation of booking.
  • Service At Home reserves the right to update pricing without prior notice.
  • Payments may be made via approved online payment methods or cash (if available).
  • Additional services requested at location may incur extra charges.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation must be made within the allowed cancellation window shown during booking.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in cancellation charges.
  • Refund timelines depend on payment method and bank processing.
  • Refunds are not applicable once service has started or Meal Plan and food preparation has begun.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe access to premises.
  • Ensure a respectful and safe working environment.
  • Secure valuables before service begins.
  • Inform providers about allergies, medical conditions, pets, or hazards when relevant.

Service providers may refuse service if safety concerns arise.


7. Service-Specific Terms

7.1 Car Care Services

  • Customer must ensure vehicle accessibility and legal parking.
  • Service At Home is not responsible for pre-existing damage.
  • Customers should remove personal belongings before service.
  • Water and electricity access may be required depending on service type.

7.2 Healthy Meal Plans

  • Meal plans are prepared based on selected packages.
  • Customers must inform about allergies or dietary restrictions before subscription.
  • Delivery timings are approximate.
  • Meals once delivered cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.
  • Subscription pauses must be requested in advance (minimum notice period may apply).
  • Paid Amount is not Refundable. Customer can freeze or transfer meal plan to any friends or family member.

7.3 Home Care & Maintenance

  • Final pricing may vary after inspection if additional work is required.
  • Materials cost may be charged separately unless included.
  • Warranty applies only to specified services.
  • Damage caused by structural issues or existing faults is not covered.

7.4 Catering Services

  • Orders must be confirmed in advance with payment confirmation.
  • Guest count changes must be communicated within agreed timeline.
  • Cancellation charges apply once food preparation has started.
  • Service At Home is not liable for delays caused by venue restrictions or third parties.

7.5 Cleaning Services

  • Cleaning duration depends on property condition.
  • Heavy stains, mold, or deep restoration may require additional charges.
  • Customers must arrange parking/access permissions.
  • Cleaning staff are not responsible for damage due to fragile or improperly installed items.

7.6 Ladies & Gents Salon and Spa Services

  • Customers must disclose skin conditions, allergies, or medical concerns.
  • Results may vary depending on hair/skin type.
  • Hygiene standards are followed strictly; services cannot be refunded after completion.
  • Service At Home is not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed conditions.

7.7 Child Care, Elder Care & Support Staff

  • Staff are assigned based on availability and requirements.
  • Customers remain responsible for supervision and household safety.
  • Medical responsibilities must be clearly discussed beforehand.
  • Service At Home acts as a placement facilitator unless otherwise stated in contract.

7.8 Personal Trainers & Home Chefs

  • Customers must disclose health conditions before sessions.
  • Exercise and dietary programs are followed at customer’s own risk.
  • Results depend on personal commitment and health conditions.
  • Kitchen hygiene and equipment availability are customer responsibilities.

8. Liability Limitation

Service At Home shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages.
  • Delays beyond reasonable control.
  • Actions or omissions of independent service providers.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the service amount paid.


9. Safety & Conduct

Abusive behavior, harassment, or unsafe environments may result in immediate service cancellation without refund and account suspension.


10. Privacy

Customer data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and used only for service delivery and improvement.


11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and application materials belong to Service At Home and may not be copied or reused without permission.


12. Modifications

Service At Home reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updates.


13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
